Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
We reserve the right to change subscription fees with 30 days notice.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Usage beyond subscription limits may result in additional charges.
We strive to maintain 99.9% service uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware.
The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
